Finally a Sunday afternoon without an arm long list of things to do. Perfect rib afternoon. Egg at 235ish, 2 racks of baby backs, Southern Soul dust for the rub, and Georgia peach for the smoke. Serving up with baked Vidalia onions and something else which I haven't decided on yet Lol. Will update thru the afternoon

Wrap done. Mustard sauce today (with drippings from the wrap). Onions are baking and pasta salad made. Dinner is soon!
