Wife delivered a baby a week ago.Wanted pizza so I stuck my chest out and fired up the egg. Opened pantry-- no instant yeast. So off to grocery store for dough balls. Made deep dish veggie add thick cut pepperoni and a cheese pizza for my 3 year old son. Good eats. My dough is better.

Yeah I tried store bought dough. Blech!
Either get from local pizza shop or make your own. It's just easier to make your own.SE PA

HOW MUCH pizza dough by weight for a given size pizza?
I'm trying to figure out how much dough to make for a 20" pizza on my new, still virgin, XL stone. -
They look awesome from here Chubbs. Your 3 year old got a whole serving of veggies on the deep dish.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Chubs....if you ever get up to Charlotte, there is a place on Providence Road (Pasta Provisions) that makes a good dough. You can get frozen or fresh....also some other great ingredients as well. I load up when i am up visiting family....and find the dough better than Publix.....though Publix will do in a pinch.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
