    Love reverse sear!  Looks great!! I ate dinner and I'm hungry again. Love the grilled beast with grilled veggie combo, too.

    What cast iron did u finish on, @Mattman3969? Grate, pan, etc?

    Just a 10 1/2" griddle that I cut the handle off so it would work on my small.
