They are very tasty.  Hopefully the dough will last a day or so in a cold cooler without deflating.  Wanna prep them the night before traveling to Hiawassee.  Gonna eggsperiment with them this week to make sure.  Also gonna make pulled pork egg rolls and the wife is gonna make monkey bread.

Good stuff!  Haven't done pretzels in awhile. Like the traditional salty soft pretzels and last run also did some sweet stuffed Disney soft pretzels. Nice work man

@SmokeyPitt never tried an egg wash. Always just used a warm water baking soda solution dip.

love soft pretzels, make enough dough on friday at camp to make them saterday and sunday on the weekends. im a fan of the stump killer dip, salt and caraway seeds

jalapeno mustard, eyes wide open never seen that but see theres some easy canning recipes out there some with beer

@fishlesman Look it up on Amazon, also their candied jalapenos.

I will bring a jar to N. Ga. Eggfest if I can get by the store that carries it. Might as well bring the candied jalapeños also. Find me and try it out.

i usually make the candied jalepinos and pickled fiddleheads when the fiddleheads show up which is this week, going to do a couple mustards now as well. i wont be at the fest but thanks for the offer

@fishlessman Silver Spring Jalapeno Mustard is good. They also have a habanero one and the horseradish mustard is fantastic.
