After a week of mostly fish, chicken, more fish, and lots of veggies, I couldn't pass on the last 2" thick porterhouse at my local butcher last night. Nothing fancy, just olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Dizzy Pig coffee rub. 3 minutes per side at 700 degrees, and it turned out great! Baked potato with Greek yogurt and a salad! I threw the cast iron grate on top of the regular grate for better sear marks! Thanks for looking!
