Beef Back Ribs-1st time

Options
Picked up a couple of packages of smallish beef backed ribs.  Doing 250 indirect with a little salt and cosmic cow on them.  I may baste with some garlic butter after a few hours.  I might even throw some BBQ sauce on half of them.  I am guessing they will take 5-ish hours.  Will start checking with toothpick towards evening.
