Cinco de Mayo.......I Think?

Since my wife and I have softball tomorrow we decided to bump up Cinco de Mayo tonight.  We did some American and Spanish kabobs tonight with steak, chicken, and pork chops.  The Spanish steak kabobs might not be so mexican as they are Spanish but that's as close as we were going to get tonight.  We did do some homemade guacamole for chips and salsa.  Plus I really enjoy using my $3 old school beat up food processor that I picked up at the thrift store a few months back.  It's a beast and ugly but chops away anything I've tossed in it so far.

Pretty basic for Spanish kabobs.  Steak, coleslaw, shredded cheese, and topped with Sriracha.  Super simple and very tasty!
