    Yes I was helping out a friend who owns the Egg dealership 1st I cooked Chicken cutlets that I stuffed with cream cheese & chives then rolled them and wrapped with bacon then baked in the LBGE @ 350 for about a hour then I made skirt steaks that I maraded in Yoshita sauce that I added filely chopped scallions fresh ginger that I micro planed and fresh garlic micro planed then I grilled it and last I made Chocolate chip cookies I was trying to demonstrate the versatility of the BGE and yes he sold a LBGE complet set up Egg plate setter nest ash tool grill gripper and a pizza stone

    That sounds like a lot of fun. I would do it in a minute if any of the local dealers down here did it.

    I do it like once a month through the seasson yesterday was the 1st of the season the next one will be in June I think on the 14th
