How hot should I make it for my weiner?

Silly simple question, but I have guests coming over Sunday for a hot dog and burger cook. What temp and setup do y'all like for hot dogs and burgers? I plan on doing them in stages, since I think they need different temps and setup rigs. Opinions? I have a raised rig; for my Egg that is.

550-600. I have an XL and have fired it up for just one hotdog.

Making spiral dogs for sure, and pub style thicker burgers, with probably a few diner style thin ones.

Burgers at 400, water boils at 212 for the dogs.
