All Right, here is the update.. I did the veal breast that I got from Wal-Mart. Turned out pretty good. Next time going get the breast that is Cut away from the bone. I did a direct cook, like I was cooking steaks. However, I got alot of flame ups.. maybe do a sear and indirect next time.
