Got home a little early and decided on wings. Spent forever deciding what rub to use and found a little bit of C' untry Boys Rub left in the freezer. Went with that and an orange blossom honey drizzle glaze. Enjoying some Shock Top Belgian White. 

And just as I put the ceramic cap  on the chimney I felt the first of many raindrops. Plated and gonna get some good REM later with the rain & storm.

Thanks y'all. As I lit the pit I smelled the sweet fragrance of Orange, lemon, Jasmine, honeysuckle and gardinia blossoms and thought why not hit them with some fresh harvested orange blossom honey. It was just enough heat and sweet to give a good balance.

Looks like another winner from team husker. I feel your pain on the weather. It has been flooding here all day. It's still raining now as well.

Thanks @SGH Ya I was just looking at Doppler and it appears parts of OK & TX are getting wet and LA appears to be getting pounded right now. And the system that's in LA is likely to waft over here by midday tomorrow. Stay dry my friend.

Talk about bad weather, we had 110mph winds in Kenner (brah) today.  At one point, everyone in my facility had to take shelter in the designated "safe" room because the tornado sirens were screaming.  And some flooding and this: (watch the video - this is today near me)

Thank you. It's the factory Tel-Tru thermometer with a traditional cork cut to where the probe can still indicate true dome temp but, not poke food if cooking high in the dome.

You got an app on your phone that shows weather for Florida and it has an indicator for snow????  Oh, also, great cook.
