Chinese Night - Mongolian Beef, Sweet and Sour Chicken w/Egg Rolls

Didn't grab any pictures from the cook, except for the final plate.  Did shoot a video at first frying the meat up.  

Had friends over for Chinese night and got too busy to get any more footage.  

The sweet and sour chicken was probably my favorite dish.  I added some chili paste on the side that really added to the flavor.

Thanks Blake!  I wished I could have finished it out, but company was hungry and the boss (aka my little girl was getting hungry).  The plated picture was when taken way afterwards when all things died down.

@Mattman3969 , it was a lot of work, but worth it. Food was amazing. 

I actually didn't do as I said to you via PM. I cooked them back to back. Stuck one dish in the microwave to stay warm, then did the other.
