Decided to cook some steaks tonight for dinner. Cooked a prime filet, a prime ribeye, and a sirloin steak(sorry kids) as I had no more prime in the freezer. I cooked the two prime pieces to 105 degrees then moved the grate down to sear them. I seasoned with fresh salt and coarse pepper. I topped them with a pad of butter. They were great.

My son told me last night at bed that he did not want carrots cooked on the grill any more. Oh well.
