Ok so the other day Walmart had a small pork picnic marked down to $6.5? I decided to grab it and try it on the "little egg" as my sons calls it. Here are a few pics of it going on.

@thegooddocta yes that is what it is, I just did not want the thread sunk. That is the grid that comes with it. I just flipped it over to raise it higher. It is not as stable like that but it gets high up.

Ok so 5.5 hours I and this thing is moving right along. Going to go to sleep for a few hours then back down to check it. Right now running about 275 degrees and temp of meat is 165

French toast for the kids for breakfast and pork for daddy. We are officially done a hair under 12 hours. I had flipped the AR for the Joe upside down to fit more lump in before starting. Based off how much lump is still in there I think it could go another 6-8 hours.
