Getting ready.

Spatch with Southern Soul Dust egged at 375℉-400℉ raised direct.

Lili Ann waiting patiently for a nibble.

The scalloped potatoes were made by HuskerMaMa. They were inspired by a recipe by a blogger "Rachel" but my bride changed it quite a bit.
How HuskerMaMa did it:
6 medium russet spuds
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 TBS salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp @MeatChurch Honey Hog Hot
2C heavy whipping cream
2 oz freshly grated parmesan
2 oz Sargento 4 cheese shredded Mexican blend
4 oz Gruyere shredded
Baked at 400℉ till golden brown (approx 22-25 minutes).

Plated. with peas and sauteed sweet onion.
