St louis ribs rubbed with honey hog.  First time using  guava wood chunks 4 smoke.

I have a cold and I've been so lazy.  I was supposed to start the ribs hours ago but I fell asleep. Hopefully  the ribs make me feel better.

@hapster. I live on oahu most of r grocery  stores carry it.  Wanted 2 try something  different.

5 hours finally  done. Honey hog and guava tasted great together.
