The old man is up from Trinidad, and needless to say they don't have the best quality beef down there. So I usually throw on a nice cut when he's up. Tonight, made 2 ribeyes and a NY strip reverse seared. Also, some duck fat glazed baked potatoes and sous-vide carrots, along w/ heirloom tomatoes. Everything was spot on. Apologies in advance for the fork shot. ;)
