Mrs 3969 has been a bit under the weather lately and asked for baked potatoes tonight. Cooked the tater on the egg at 425 with some chicken to make some Chicken Noodle Soup. Split and added cheese just long enough to melt. Added everything else inside. This was the first potato I've have since April last year. Damn it was good!!!

Man that looks killer. No taters for a year? Did you go low carb?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I've had potatoes here and there, but haven't had a whole one loaded up like that in quite some time. Looks great, especially all that sour cream and bacon.They/Them

Looks great! Except that is anything but a simple tater.
S&P with butter is simple. That is gourmet deluxe!A bison’s level of aggressiveness, both physical and passive, is legendary. - NPS
