Sauce for Pork Loin

We've got another potluck at work, and I'm going to FTC a pork loin this time. Any suggestions for a couple of sauces on the side that I can prep in advance? Or maybe even something decent that I can buy? The toaster oven and microwave at the office don't lend themselves to sauce prep. Thanks.

I like to use butter, apricot or blackberry jam and balsamic. Melt butter and jam about 1:2 ratio and balsamic to taste. Add red pepper flakes on the front end for some heat.
I dont really ally measure anything, but it's good and can be reheated in the micro. -
I do the same as @theyolksonyou , but I'll typically cook it down with a bit of whole grain mustard as well. Apricot jam, whole grain mustard and butter is an awesome sauce for pork.Mike - (1)LBGE, HeaterMeter v4.2.4

Don't know where you live, but if you can buy some Blue Hog Tennessee Red sauce - then just warm it up in the MW in a "secret container" so the office can't see the label and then brace your feet firmly when people start slapping you on your back of the GREATEST finishing sauce THEY ever tasted!!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

Use APL's cilantro garlic glaze as a sauce. You just mix it all in a jar and shake it up.
