I bought 4 slabs/racks of beef back ribs and I have never cooked them before, they were a Kroger managers special for 27.00 total and I am not sure whether to low & slow or braise them? Any one have a killer method/recipe. Thanks in advance.

You can use whiskey or bourbon instead of the Sortilège and honey instead of maple syrup.____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli -

Very cool @fishlessman- baby backs riding piggy back.
The first few times I did them I followed the nibblemethis (BBQ 25) method @Billyray mentioned above. They turned out great and I would recommend it. However, last time I just smoked them straight through for longer and they were equally delicious.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
