This is an old favorite comfort food for us which I made again last night. Since the two chicken breasts I had thawed were so huge I cut them in half. Even then knowing that made more surface to coat I doubled the recipe except for the butter. In doing so then the coating was more than a crust - just the same it was a very tasty meal.  And yes, Virginia, this is an egg recipe!
BTW a PhotoBucket picture was here - now it's gone! Oh well...
