Pizza, egg rolls, tacos, and nachos here. That spaghetti will be added to the list though. Nice work.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH

I once added some leftover pulled pork to waffle batter and cooked on the waffle iron as usual. I thought it was pretty good, but did not receive any accolades from the family.

Never had it in spaghetti though I could have tonight if I had though of it. I had leftover egged chicken tenders instead. Have to try the pork another time.
Heres an option... Instead of hot dog chili, pulled pork with BOMBA! Toasted split tops make iy even better. Awesome stuff!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Lots of great ideas! For me... So far... Keep the bones and drippings for red beans. Extra meat - Great for jambalaya and recently did twice smoked pork sandwiches. Put big sandwich sized extra seasoned piles on preheated - 400 deg cast iron grate - sear it and flip like a burger - sear the other side and put on French style hamburger buns. Pretty darn good. Thinking I might use this method before I even get to the leftover stage.Large

I christened it, The Hog Dog. Bacon wrapped hot Italian sausage topped with left over pulled pork. This was tailgating before the Redskins/cowboys game this year

Left over pork makes great chili. we use salsa verde and chicken stock as a base then add in grilled corn, pulled pork and white beans. It's a nice easy meal for the family, and takes no time to make as we generally have everything in the freezer and just dump it in the pot and let it come up to temp about 25-30 min on low heat. Goes great with spicy skillet corn bread.XL BGE, KJ classic, Joe Jr, UDS x2

No such thing as 'leftover' ANYTHING around here. It ALL is consumed….
NO PRISONERS.
My near-7lb pork shoulder and my first long cook was mostly consumed at lunch. One attendee took some for HIS lunch at work and the remainder went the next day for MY lunch. -

I like to mix up a package of left-over with a generous helping of pinto beans and brown rice. Great main dish. also tacos!!John in the Willamette Valley of Oregon

Wraps, Tortilla with lettuce or maybe some slaw and PP warmed in a sauce. We also freeze in a foodsaver bag - unsealed. Once frozen, seal it. Take out of the freezer and into the Trés Booblay for an hour or so at 140º-150º and it is just like the first day you had it without all the bother of cooking and pulling it.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

I'm a big fan, and so are my kids and wife, of making Chimichangas. I use Chef John's recipe from allrecipes.com: Chicken and Mushroom Chimichangas
I substitute the chicken for pulled pork and I also add in Chorizo... usually skip the mushrooms. It is fantastic and the kids LOVE it! -
I take it to work in a crock pot. Gives me some latitude with my coworkers.

grilled cheese with pulled pork is good. Or char some zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onions, and peppers, slice a romaine heart in half and lay on grill a couple minutes while your at it. Combine add some pulled pork and a touch of bbq sauce for a great salad
