Good stuff, they (TRR) are coming out the sear up a cooler of these babies at the Eggfest. Yes, they ship. We went to help set up Egg and get a brisket cook going for the owner just this week We slammed a 21lb brisket on her new Large BGE. What a beast.

That's a great uniform brisket cut to enable fitting on a LBGE. Great eats await.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
