Grill cheese burger

2 pepper jack grilled cheese sandwiches for buns with green chile's and topped with a fried egg. Sorry if the one with the bite out of it looks gross. I would have cut it in half, but the egg yolk would have made a escape.

I wonder how many calories are in that thing. Very creative burger man. I love grilled cheese and should try this one day.

That is known as a "Sasquatch". There is a place in Fort Collins, Co. called the Lodge. They serve this there. (although it didn't have the egg) Was also watching Guy Fierri's show, Diners, Dive, etc. There was a Bbq place he went to in Texas that served a sasquatch .

Thanks guys. @cazzy lol she doesn't even say anything.  she knows how I am. She also went to school to be a photographer.she's the one that got me into it,teaches school now that everyone with a camera thinks they are a pro.

@anton thanks man.  the chile's where whole canned, just heated them up a little on some foil while  burgers cooked. @blasting red chili and garlic paste mixed in mayo. I sometimes do Chipotles with Adobo in mayo.

@Smolder I guess sasquatch it is. I Google sasquatch burger texas. And came up with a Cajun place that makes one.
