Low n slow on the mini?

I got a plate setter for my mini and was wondering if anyone ever attempted a low in slow with a very small pork butt or a small chuck roast on a mini.  I am sure I would probably have to reload lump or maybe cook it a little hotter since you cannot get that much lump in the mini.  Just wondering if anyone has done this.  Any thoughts or comments are appreciated as always.
