Decided to give pizza a try in the Egg. Many thanks to everyone who has posted their experiences in this forum. Was perhaps the best pizza I have ever eaten.

Yeah, the rib rack was perfect and I had no issues with the stone sliding on it. This is the second time I have used it as a spacer between grates and pizza stone.
