Wings; salt, pepper, secret salt; dry out uncovered in the fridge; 375* raised direct till done, then 450-500ish direct to crisp the skin; about an hour total cook time; pulled and tossed immediately in buffalo, teriyaki, or BBQ sauce. 

I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
