Whole wheat pizza

Trying to watch what I eat, but still need some pizza every now and then, so decided to try a whole wheat dough. There was a slight difference in taste and texture, but I wouldn't say it was better or worse, just different. The family enjoyed it, and if I can save some calories here that I can put toward bourbon, then I'll mark that as a win. This may be my go to recipe from now on.

@bigalsworth I use a bread machine on the dough cycle. I just used this recipe but used 100% whole wheat flour rather than a mix as in the recipe.

@jtcBoynton . . great call on the King Arthur "White Whole Wheat". Great Stuff . . . 100% same nutrients as whole wheat, but clean taste that is not "in your face wheat" like some of the whole wheat stuff.
I am on a crazy pizza obsession right now, and I use a combo of KA White Whole Wheat and Caputo 00 Pizza Flour. Cooks on the blackstone in 2-3 mins . . excellent spiderwebs and leopard spots.
Pulled the recipe from pizzamaking forum and did a few minor mods. Let me know if you are interested in it.
