It started out as a veggie deep pizza until....

The other half came in and said the veggies looked lonely.  He sliced up some sausages from the City Market in Shiner and made the pie complete.

Dry roasted the two plum tomatoes , 12 San Marazo baby tomatoes, 1 pound on button mushrooms , 3 cloves of garlic and ½ package of mixed greens in a large sauté pan.  Seasoned with various herbs and spices and 2 tablespoons of HEB habanero pepper mix.

Total cook time @450ish was about 35 minutes
