The marinade on this chicken is fantastic. I've made it before but marinated it longer this time (6 hours) which really kicked up the flavor.
Served with baked potato and sautéed kale/ spinach mix (still working through the gigantic bottomless Costco container). Kale sautéed with garlic, salt and pepper, then topped with a little red wine vinegar...really good stuff.

Oh, I notice that Saveur changed the pic included with the recipe. That was 40% of the inspiration for me. I tried to truss it up in the "authentic" way when I cooked mine.
