Off topic since there will be no egging today...

First - Happy Valentines Day

Second - Just received my new warranty Yeti 30oz Rambler, just have to clean up the old one and ship it back via their FedEx account.

Third - Making a cajun dish this evening for my ladies... an Emeril recipe called Beef Boulettes with Garlic. Basically a big spicy meatball wrapped around a clove of garlic, coated with flour and rub (Bad Byrons in this case) and then fried. What's left in the pan is combined with the left over seasoned flour to make a roux and ultimately the sauce... Will be having mashed potatoes and braised string beans (thanks @DMW)

Forth - Snow is falling and the winds are expected to really pick up later tonight and tomorrow. I'm on call and hoping there are no power outages anywhere...
