The Spouse ordered lasagna for Valentine's Day weekend. Italian sausage, ricotta, Parisian, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, fennel, basil, and parsley.
The big portion is mine, but half is lunch for work next week. Could have eaten it all, but would have felt like a beached whale.
Stand alone caserole is for Daughter #2 and her boyfriend.
Pretty good cook.

Garfield seal of approval.Seriously- it looks awesome. I am impressed with your willpower to only eat half.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I make a lasagna once in awhile (and with home-made noodles, love my KitchenAid pasta rollers!) but never on the Egg, can you taste the smoke? May have to try this._____________

More or less this one, except it was all sausage and not beef. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/worlds-best-lasagna/CowtownEgger said:Ummmmm, I am gonna need that recipe. TIA
