look at my meat! (sliced roast beef)

Options
wife picked up a bottom roast a few weeks ago, which suck for pot roast,
IMO, so I threw it in the freezer.
Pulled it out to defrost on Thursday
and coated it in Pappy's Blue yesterday morning and threw it on my egg
at 220

Pulled it at 130 IT, wrapped it in foil and let it sit for an hour. Then fridged it over night.

will do some Cheesesteaks or maybe Beef Dip sandwiches tonight. Will post follow up pics later..
