Started the pre-game with some awesome nachos, then for kick-off, Cambodian Hot Wings. Thus has become probably our favorite way to do wings.
Cooked raised direct about 425 dome. Served with rice, green onion and lime.

@texaswig and @Dyal_SC I based this off of a Food & Wine recipe, but I cooked on the BGE instead of indoors on a pan. Here was the original recipe:
