Chicken Bombs and Jalapeño Poppers

As the title indicates, fixing a few finger foods for a party we're invited to. Fixed some twice baked potatoes too.

Did the jalapeños different this time for the bombs and poppers.

Cored them, stuffed them, cut into circles, wrapped with chicken for the bombs and bacon for the poppers. Worked out really well.

Excellent!  I see so many folks put in tons of prep work for the big day.  I feel like a lazy SOB...I didn't even cook...I wasted the entire day working!!

Last night when I got home I was wore out.  I thought to myself, "why the hell did I do all this?".  So don't feel that way.
