Kelley, @Eggobsessed, and I are cooking chicken wings on Super Bowl Sunday, among other things. I am pretty excited about it.

How do you do yours?  Direct or Indirect and at what temp?  What temp do you take them off at? Are you happy with them? Favorite Rub or seasoning?

Here is our technique, let me know what you think.

Do you do yours Direct or Indirect and at what Kelley and I have a technique that we have gotten from some of you folks over the years.
  •  Dry uncovered over night in Fridge
  •  Apply our rub to them
  •  Cook indirect on BGE @ 375 degrees until reach 165 internal temp
  •  Dip them in Frank's Chile Lime RedHot Sauce then
  •  Let them cook until internal temp is about 195 degrees
  •  Sauce again and add a little more rub

We love them...favorite way to eat chicken.
