The wife and I cook fish 1-2x/wk and have been doing the DP raging river and like it or something spicer with some cayenne, but interested to see what yall like? We eat a lot of salmon and trout with whatever else looks good on sale (Mahi, flounder, halibut). So let's hear 'em!

I once did salmon on a plank with kahlua and maple syrup in stead of a rub. Slightly sweet but GGGRRREEEAAATTTT!

I like the BGE Kodiak River rub and with all the millions of flavors available, sometimes its best to use a KISS method. All time favorite is Lemon, S&P, and butter.Steven

The wife and I like Greek seasoning on fish. Check out Penzey's greek seasoning mix or the Dizzy Mediterraneanish. Also excellent.
Then kick it up to your spice level with black pepper and cayenne to suit.
