This comes up quite a bit, so in addition to all of the great answers on how to reheat, how it makes a great sandwich, etc., I thought I would add this. I slice it 1/8" to 1/4" when it's still warm, then cut into smaller strips. After chilling in the fridge overnight in its juice, it's perfect for making a steak and blue cheese salad. Best and most tender if you cook no more than med rare. This one's not dressed or mixed yet, just in a tub waiting for lunchtime. Arugala and some mixed greens underneath. image
