I don't want to get called out like on the Philly Cheesesteak thread so this is my version of stuffed poblano peppers. Ground bison, onions, red bell peppers, one jalapeño, one habanero, yellow spanish rice, one diced tomato, cilantro, and some jack cheese. Delicious with a dollop of sour cream.
