I'm not Jimmy Diresta so I couldn't tell you.  Personally, I like using power tools.

Nice design and workmanship, but what is the purpose of the drawer with the long thin dividers? Can't figure what would get stored there.

Crumb catcher.  You could pull it out and do all your measuring on it.  Anything that spills goes into the tray and can be dumped later when you get to a proper disposal... just a guess on my part but it reminded me of the design of bread cutting boards.

The only reason he got done so fast he used power tools. If he used just hand tools the video might go an hr. . That looked awesome. Need to make one. I could use more tools

I thought about knives but the dividers are too narrow and the drawer isn't tall enough to store serious cutlery.

At first glance I thout it was loaded with stogies and the bottle was bourbon. Wrong wood for the smokes. God I was disappointed. :((
