Football, Therefore Wings

Except I was too hungry so they became president-football lunch. Did a simple cook using Franks Original with a triple baste: marinated five hours, then cooked raised direct at 375 dome and when they hit 165 IT -- cooked but not yet as crispy as I like -- I pulled and tossed with more sauce, then finished cooking until nice and crispy, then did a final toss with more sauce while still piping hot.

Very good wings, flavorful and spicy, though not as much heat as i like (put all SWMBO will tolerate).
