I'm enjoying the challenge of eating healthy. Turkey burgers sans the bun with sweet potato fries.
I have no problem eating healthy on the road but I get home....that's a different story.

Looks good tony. I have the opposite problem, fortunately, I don't have to travel much. Low carb is a great diet for eggers, but all the sugary rubs and sauces can be a pitfall.

@NPHuskerFL‌. ..no, at home. The aged balsamic vinegar added a lot of taste. Trying to figure out how to eat healthier meals and enjoy them. The patties were tasty.
