Set the egg around 350 & left cookies for about 12 minutes. Gluten free, sugar free.... But delicious!!

    @Tallcool1 Welcome to the herd. Looks good. I have not had any of those.

    Would those be the Pampered Chief stones? I would be cautious if so. The tend to crack or break in the BGE.

    I've had pc stone above 600 a couple of times, but I'm living on the edge. Would think 350 is ok.
