T'was the day of the Wagyu.....

Well, I know this will sound like a broken record but this is THE BEST meat I have ever tasted!! It surly does taste like a 200.00 peice of brisket! The first slice off the flat was as most moist and tender as the rest of the brisket....that's saying a lot!

12.82 lbs before trim. Not much trimmed off at all.

Sliced and devored!
