This works for us. If not stuffed it will; cook a little faster.

It depends a lot on the set up and cooking temp. On ones that size, they will usually be done to my liking in the 90 minute arena, give or take a little. Bare in mind this is running at steady 325 degrees. Good luck and I will be standing by for the finale.

For clarification, I like mine just to the south of medium. Hence I pull them at 135-138 internal. They will rise on up to 140-143 internal during the rest.
