Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin (On a Stick)

These were some left overs we had from the Husker game=20lb of wings, 20lb of Tri-tip, and 40lb of bacon wrapped pork tenderloin back in October.  Decided to do a quick meal on the egg.  Dusted them with some DP Dizzy Dust.

On the large at 425, raised direct.

Thought I would try out my Fun-Size Thermo

Glazed them with some with pomegranate chipotle that I added a TLBS of water to.  It was WAY thick.

Plated up with some garlic mashed potatoes.  Salad on the side, but you have all seen a salad.

Wife found them to be a bit too spicy with the glaze.  Going to order a case the next time there is a promo cook.
