Basalmic Glazed 1" Pork Chop

Planning on Direct Cook @450-475 prolly 3-4 mins. a side.
Coast ground black pepper and kosher salt underneath..letting em soak for about 15-20 mins. In the basalmic glaze. We use this on fresh fruits as well as cheeses and sliced appetizer meats.....sinful..guessing it'll be the BOMB!

Awesome grub..imo needs to soak in the glaze maybe 2 hrs..as we ate them and they rested you could really tastes the glaze drawing in and adding more flavor.
Can't wait til the rolled pork roast...This ones definitely a keeper.I would much rather be able to say I was glad I did than wished I had........

Awesome looking chops. That glaze is good on grilled romaine.EDIT - forgot, also great bread dipping sauce.....Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
