Straight up old school BBQ Chicken. Grilled direct at 400* on the direct and the raised grid. Salted early this morning as a sort of dry brine to help retain moisture. Simply seasoned with BBQ sauce at the end on the ones just for me. Tasty.

Looks good ... I'd vote for a complete section devoted to "simple" cooks ... not sure that isn't the real essence of the egg.
