Steaks on the mini and deep fryed pork chops

I couldn't decide if I wanted steaks or chops. Then I thought why not both them. Got a few small NY strips going on the mini and a few loin chops going in the deep fryer. The steaks will be rubbed with the usual salt, pepper and cayenne and then seared on the mini. The chops will get hit with seasoned flour and then deep fryed in peanut oil at 400 degrees. More pics as it comes together.
