I can't find the post, but someone posted pics of some corn they roasted on the egg...I HAD TO TRY IT! :)[p]Soaked em down with a little cooking oil and sprinkled some lemon pepper & garlic seasoning....did'nt add much flavor to it while cooking, but the smell had all the neighbors calling us to find out what smelled so good. it was worth having to re-season at the table.[p]Roasted the corn on 300 for about 35 min.

    hawgwild:[p]Regarding the corn, shuck them puppies, brush with olive oil, season, and cook to your preference . . . I think you will like it better than steamed corn . . .

    Did a London Broil last Monday. (first time) We marinated it and did it TRex style. It was very good. (just don't overcook it!!)[p]mule

Would you add salt to the outside of a watermellon then cut it open to eat it, or would you cut open the mellon, add the salt then eat? [p]Pull the husk back and add you spices, then you can pull the husk back over to cook. [p]Happy Egging! [p]Loco.
